Lessons are tailored to run for two and a half hours with a half-hour video demo of a project, and 2 hours of working on the project in your own time.
How you receive the lessons
Lessons are emailed to you, with supporting notes and reference material, along with the video. Equipment will be itemized and kept to the simplest and most basic, mostly found in your own kitchens.
